北京有色冶金设计研究总院做的德兴铜矿挖潜扩建二期工程初步设计于1982年3月12～16在德兴铜矿进行了审查。会议由国家有色总局基建司王扶副司长主持,参加审查会议的有国家建委等31个单位共201人。会议一致认为,德兴铜矿资源丰富,储最可靠,易采易选,不需要基建剥离,生产剥采比较底,利用已经引进的采运设备,可以满足采矿需要,不需另加新设备。这次设计比较充分地挖掘了原有生产潜力,並提高了资料的综合利用,回收伴生的铜和硫,设
Beijing Nonferrous Metallurgical Design and Research Institute to do the Dexing Copper Mine Tapping Expansion Phase II preliminary design in March 12, 1982 to 16 in Dexing Copper Mine were reviewed. The meeting was chaired by Deputy Director Wang Fu of the Infrastructure Department of the State Administration of Non-ferrous Metals, and 201 people attended the review meeting including 31 units including the State Construction Commission. The meeting agreed that Dexing Copper Mine is rich in resources, most reliable in storage, easy to adopt and easy to choose, does not require infrastructure stripping, and strikes at the bottom of production. The mining equipment has been introduced to meet the mining needs without additional equipment .
