黑龙江省矿产地质第一调查研究所实验室研制的MD-1型联动碎样机,于1980年年底通过技术鉴定,黑龙江省地质局探矿修配厂已经小批量生产。该联动碎样机如图所示。它由颚式破碎机、立锥式粉碎机和可调连续自动缩分器组成,并采用压缩空气清扫粉尘。该机可实现矿石样品的连续破碎和缩分。实验表明,该机加工铜矿石、磷矿石、含银矿石的样品,各个样品小样的化学分析平均相对误差分别为1.61%、2.53%、7.60%,说明采用该机加工(破碎和缩分)样品是可靠的。
