新制备的抗人活化Ｂ细胞分化抗原５Ｃ５单克隆抗体５Ｃ５－Ｇ＿１经Ｗｅｓｔｅｒ印迹分析表明，该分化抗原经ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ（还原条件下）显示五条带，分子量分别为９２ｋＤ、５２ｋＤ±（两条）、４０ｋＤ和２０ｋＤ。用单抗５Ｃ５和单抗５Ｃ５－Ｇ＿１的混合物，从３Ｄ５细胞的λｇｔｌｌｃＤＮＡ文库中筛选到７个阳性ｃＤＮＡ克隆。
The newly prepared anti-human activated B cell differentiation antigen 5C5 monoclonal antibody 5C5-G_1 by Wester blot analysis showed that the differentiation antigen by SDS-PAGE (reduction conditions) showed five bands, molecular weights were 92kD, 52kD ± (two) , 40kD and 20kD. Seven positive cDNA clones were screened from the λgtll cDNA library of 3D5 cells using a mixture of mAb 5C5 and mAb 5C5-G_1.
