通过基本力学性能试验,对比研究了三灰碎石等半刚性基层材料的强度特性。基于失水率、干缩应变、干缩系数等指标,研究分析了三灰碎石和其他半刚性基层材料的干缩性能。回归分析了累计干缩量与时间和累计失水率的关系。并通过温缩试验分别研究了温度收缩系数与温度区间的关系、平均温缩系数与最大温缩系数的关系。研究表明:在三灰碎石外掺水泥小于2%的情况下,三灰碎石的干缩性能、温缩性能均优于水泥粉煤灰稳定碎石和水泥稳定碎石,但是均比二灰碎石稍差。建议三灰碎石外掺水泥的含量不超过2%,通过早期养护提高三灰碎石的干温缩性能;推荐以0~-10℃之间的温缩系数评价三灰碎石的温缩性能。
Through the basic mechanics performance test, the strength characteristics of the semi-rigid base material such as lime-flyash were compared. Based on the indicators of water loss, shrinkage strain and shrinkage coefficient, the shrinkage properties of limestone and other semi-rigid base materials were studied. Regression analysis of the cumulative amount of shrinkage and the relationship between time and cumulative loss of water. It is suggested that the content of cement mixed with lime-fly ash should not exceed 2%, and the dry shrinkage of lime-fly ash should be improved by early curing.
