本文探讨用激光处理45钢缺口圆柱试样,以提高疲劳强度和寿命。通过对比实验,得到处理后试样的疲劳寿命是未处理的4.3—9.1倍;45钢的疲劳极限分别提高55%和74%。给出了疲劳寿命倍增值 n 与应力水平 s 的关系式。对激光处理试样作了微观分析。
This article discusses the laser treatment of 45 steel notched cylindrical specimens to improve fatigue strength and longevity. Through the comparative experiment, the fatigue life of the treated sample is 4.3-9.1 times that of the untreated sample; the fatigue limit of 45 steel is increased by 55% and 74% respectively. The relationship between the fatigue life multiplier n and the stress level s is given. Microscopic analysis of the laser-treated samples.
