目的:分析桃花心木茎挥发性成分。方法:GC条件:石英毛细管色谱柱HP5(5 mL,30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μL);程序升温:柱温50℃,维持1 min,以15℃/min升温至120℃,维持1 min,以2℃/min升温至240℃,维持1 min,柱后温度为270℃,维持3 min;无分流;载气He(流速1.0 mL/min);进样量:0.2μL。MS条件:EI源(70eV),接口温度260℃,离子源温度230℃,四级杆温度150℃,检测电压200 V,质谱扫描范围m/z 1.6~500,标准质谱图库NIST谱库。结果:共检测出107个成分峰,鉴定了其中89个,用面积归一化法确定了各组分的相对百分含量。结论:桃花心木茎主要挥发性成分为Z,Z,Z-1,5,9,9-四甲基-1,4,7-环十一碳三烯(20.35%)、(E)-3,7,11-三甲基-1,6,10-十二碳三烯-3-醇(17.27%)、4,11,11-三甲基-8-亚甲基-二环[7.2.0]十一碳-4-烯(10.89%)、石竹烯(5.54%)、α-荜澄茄油烯(4.22%),该研究为合理利用其资源提供了依据。
Objective: To analyze the volatile components of mahogany stems. Methods: GC conditions: HP5 (5 mL, 30 m × 0.25 mm × 0.25 μL) on quartz capillary column. The temperature of the column was maintained at 50 ℃ for 1 min and the temperature was raised to 120 ℃ at 15 ℃ for 1 min. The temperature was raised to 240 ° C at 2 ° C / min and maintained for 1 min. The post-column temperature was 270 ° C and maintained for 3 min. Splitless flow was carried out with a carrier gas He (flow rate 1.0 mL / min) and injection volume 0.2 μL. MS conditions: EI source (70 eV), interface temperature 260 ° C, ion source temperature 230 ° C, quadrupole temperature 150 ° C, detection voltage 200 V, mass spectrum scan range m / z 1.6 to 500, standard spectrum library NIST library. RESULTS: A total of 107 peaks were detected and 89 of them were identified. The relative percentages of each component were determined by area normalization. Conclusion: The main volatile components of mahogany stem are Z, Z, Z-1,5,9,9-tetramethyl-1,4,7-cyclododecatriene (20.35% 3,7,11-trimethyl-1,6,10-dodecatrien-3-ol (17.27%), 4,11,11-trimethyl-8- methylene-bicyclo [7.2 .0] undec-4-ene (10.89%), caryophyllene (5.54%) and α-limonene oleylidene (4.22%). This research provided the basis for rational utilization of its resources.
