在口腔科的临床工作中,经常要用到吹干的方法。为了克服目前常用的气枪吹干法的缺点,我们试制了一种简易吹干器(如图)。现介绍如下。一、结构和制造:图中(1)为直径6毫米的小铁管(或铜管),长7厘米,前端焊接14号针头(焊接时使管口包住针头柄并使针头能自由转动);针头去尖,前端用火烧弯。(2)为密封薄铁(铜)筒,壁厚0.6毫米,长6.5厘米,直径5.5厘米。筒的两端钻孔,与铁管焊接(焊接用铜焊,不能用锡焊)。(3)为直径6毫米的弯铁管,前端封闭,两侧开孔,开孔处焊入
