目的了解长沙市中央空调冷却水、冷凝水嗜肺军团菌污染状况。方法随机抽取长沙市大型商场(超市)、宾馆(酒店)空调冷却水、冷凝水共53份,进行军团菌分离培养与鉴定。结果检测43份冷却水,军团菌阳性20份,阳性率为46.51%;检测10份冷凝水,未检出军团菌;商场(超市)与宾馆(酒店)空调冷却水军团菌检出率分别为28.57%和50%;系统运行5年以内与5年以上的空调冷却水军团菌检出率分别为43.75%和48.15%。结论长沙市公共场所空调冷却水军团菌污染情况严重;宾馆(酒店)空调冷却水军团菌阳性率略高于商场(超市);空调系统军团菌污染情况与空调运行年限关系不大。
Objective To understand the central air conditioning cooling water in Changsha City, condensate water Legionella contamination. Methods A total of 53 air-conditioned cooling water and condensate water were collected from Changsha large-scale shopping malls (supermarkets) and hotels (hotels) randomly for isolation and identification of Legionella bacteria. Results Forty-three samples of cooling water were detected, with 20 Legionella positives and the positive rate was 46.51%. Legionella bacteria were detected in 10 samples of condensed water. The detection rates of Legionella pneumophila in shopping malls (supermarkets) and hotels (hotels) were 28.57% and 50% respectively. The detection rates of Legionella bacteria in air-conditioning cooling water within 5 years and above 5 years were 43.75% and 48.15% respectively. Conclusion The prevalence of Legionella in air conditioning cooling water in public places in Changsha is serious. The positive rate of Legionella in air conditioning cooling water of hotels (hotels) is slightly higher than that of shopping malls (supermarkets). The contamination of Legionella in air-conditioning systems has little to do with air-conditioning operation years.
