目的:观察中药方剂补肾坚骨汤对牙周炎大鼠牙周组织的影响,探讨其对牙周炎的作用。方法:雄性12月龄SD大鼠24只,8只为正常组,其余成功建立大鼠牙周炎模型之后,分为牙周炎模型对照组、补肾坚骨汤治疗组16g·kg-1·d-1,给予补肾坚骨汤灌胃4周,每日1次,每次5m L,各组大鼠末次给药后24h处死,摘取上颌骨制作牙体牙周组织联合切片,HE染色,在光学显微镜下观察牙周的组织学改变;并进行骨计量学观察。结果:组织学观察,牙周炎模型对照组牙周组织表现为明显的炎性破坏,牙槽骨吸收明显,而补肾坚骨汤治疗组牙周组织炎性反应明显减轻,牙槽骨吸收减少;骨计量学观察,牙周炎模型对照组大鼠牙周结缔组织附着丧失量、牙槽骨嵴高度丧失量显著高于正常组,补肾坚骨汤治疗组大鼠牙周结缔组织附着丧失量、牙槽骨嵴高度丧失量与牙周炎组大鼠差异无统计学意义;牙周炎模型对照组及补肾坚骨汤治疗组大鼠破骨细胞数显著高于正常组,补肾坚骨汤治疗组大鼠成骨细胞数显著高于牙周炎组。结论:补肾坚骨汤可以减轻牙周炎大鼠牙周组织炎性反应,对牙周炎有一定的治疗作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Bushen Jiangu decoction of traditional Chinese medicine on periodontal tissues in rats with periodontitis and to explore its effect on periodontitis. The periodontal tissue inflammatory response was relieved in Bushenjianni Decoction group and the alveolar bone absorption was decreased ; Bone metrology observation, periodontitis model rats with periodontal connective tissue attachment loss, alveolar bone crest height loss was significantly higher than the normal group, Bushenjianni Decoction treatment group rats periodontal connective tissue attachment loss , Alveolar ridge height loss and periodontitis group rats no significant difference; periodontitis model control group and Bushenjianni Decoction treatment group, the number of osteoclasts was significantly higher than the normal group, Bushenjiangu Tang The number of osteoblasts in treatment group was significantly higher than that in periodontitis group. Conclusion: Bushenjiangu Decoction can reduce periodontal tissue inflammatory response in periodontitis rats, and have a certain therapeutic effect on periodontitis.
