近日,莱芜市食品药品监督管理局和城市管理行政执法局联合印发了《莱芜市食品生产加工小作坊和食品摊贩监督管理暂行办法》,《办法》已于2014年9月1日起正式施行。《办法》明确了食品小作坊和食品摊贩的范围。食品小作坊,是指达不到国家规定的食品生产许可条件、有固定生产加工场所、从业人员较少、生产条件简单、从事传统食品生产加工的单位或个人。食品摊贩,是指达不到国家规定的食品流通许可或餐饮服务许可条件,在街头或其他公共场所划定的区域和规定的时间
Recently, the Food and Drug Administration of Laiwu City and the Administrative Enforcement Bureau of Urban Management jointly issued the Interim Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Small Workshop for Food Production and Processing and Food Vendors in Laiwu City. The Measures have come into effect on September 1, 2014. The Measures define the scope of small food workshops and food vendors. Small food workshops refer to those units or individuals that fail to meet the food production permit conditions stipulated by the state, have fixed production and processing sites, have fewer employees and have simple production conditions and are engaged in the production and processing of traditional food products. Food vendors, refers to the state can not meet the food circulation permit or catering services permit conditions, in the streets or other public places delineated the region and the prescribed time
