和谐营销就是企业肩负社会责任,以追求可持续发展、建立长期的竞争优势为目的,通过创造和交换产品价值,构建参与各方的和谐关系以实现参与各方目标,从而形成兼顾企业、消费者、社会和其他伙伴各方利益的营销体系。目前我国一些经济实体利用商品信息的独占性、非公开性,生产和销售假冒伪劣产品,欺骗消费者,造成企业与消费者、企业与社会的不和谐,本文就是从信息的角度探讨如何构建和谐营销。
