公路施工企业要搞好项目的成本管理,首先要抓好不同阶段成本管理的重点工作,使每个阶段的工作围绕降低成本这个中心任务展开。同时,在施工项目成本管理中要明确其成本管理的各个对象,从不同方面加强控制;灵活地选择适宜有效的控制措施;另外要处理好成本管理与质量、工期、安全管理的关系,实施系统控制。
To improve the cost management of a project, highway construction enterprises must first focus on the key work of cost management in different stages so that the work of each stage is centered around the central task of reducing costs.
