介绍了影响能量传输的主要因素、光纤激光器的工作原理以及相比其它几种常见激光器的优势和劣势,并从系统研发的角度简要介绍了系统的组成、控制系统的设计以及两种机器人的编程方式。还从激光器固有特性方面分析了光斑模式、波长对切割质量的影响。采用光纤激光对1.5mm厚不锈钢板进行切割实验,找出影响割缝的主要因素和大致参数。分析表明,该系统将对平面曲线、空间三维曲线的激光切割的发展有重大意义。
The main factors influencing energy transmission are introduced, the working principle of the fiber laser and its advantages and disadvantages compared with other several common lasers. The composition of the system, the design of the control system and the programming of the two robots are briefly introduced from the perspective of system development the way. Also from the inherent characteristics of the laser spot pattern analysis, the wavelength of the cutting quality. Using fiber laser to cut 1.5mm thick stainless steel plate to find out the main factors that affect the kerf and the general parameters. The analysis shows that this system will be of great significance to the development of laser cutting of plane curve and space three-dimensional curve.
