作为具有教师和家长双重身份的我,查阅了许多与“批评”有关的文章,结果发现,对批评的方式方法的研究明显比时机选择的研究更为深入,更为透彻。因而笔者拟从儿童的心理特点入手,谈谈作为教师、家长应该如何选择批评的时机,以更好地提高批评的促进功效。美国心理学家卢钦斯的研究表明,人在社会认识过程中,最初获得的信息比后来获得的信息影响更大,这种现象称为“首因效应”。根据这一心理特点,我认为批评在“段”的时机选择上应有“三不”。
As a teacher and parent with multiple identities, I reviewed many articles related to “Criticism” and found that the study of methods and methods of criticism was obviously more thorough and thorough than the time-selected research. So I want to start from the psychological characteristics of children, to talk about as teachers, parents should choose how to criticize the timing to better enhance the effectiveness of criticism. The research by American psychologist Lupins shows that in the process of social cognition, the initial information obtained by human beings is more affected than the information obtained later, which is called “the first cause effect”. Based on this psychological characteristic, I think that criticism should have “three noes” on the timing of “paragraph.”
