近年来,有些大学生,即使是一些大学英语四级证书在手的学生也往往是口不能说、耳不能听,或语音很不规范,不能用英语进行交流,成为高分低能儿。或有些学生能够用英语进行交流,但读写能力很差。这就说明大学生的英语语言知识没有转换成语言运用能力,听说读写出现了脱节。英语语言的输入与输出失衡。如何平衡大学生的英语语言输入与输出关系,改进艺术类大学的英语教学方法,提高教学水平变得尤为重要。
