目的探讨galectin-3和CD105在结直肠癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法应用微波-EliVisionTM免疫组织化学染色技术检测60例结直肠癌、30例结直肠腺瘤及30例结直肠正常黏膜组织(远离癌组织4 cm以上)中galectin-3蛋白和CD105蛋白的表达〔以微血管密度(MVD)反映CD105蛋白的表达〕,分析其与结直肠癌临床病理特征的关系。结果 galectin-3蛋白表达阳性率和MVD在结直肠正常黏膜、腺瘤至癌组织中逐渐升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两者均与结直肠癌的TNM分期、浸润深度及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05,P<0.01),且galectin-3蛋白表达还与肿瘤的分化程度有关(P<0.05)。结直肠癌组织中galectin-3蛋白的表达与MVD呈正相关(r=0.420,P<0.01)。结论 galectin-3和CD105蛋白的表达与结直肠癌高侵袭能力和淋巴结转移有一定关系,可作为预测结直肠癌浸润、转移的潜在敏感指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of galectin-3 and CD105 in colorectal cancer and its relationship with clinicopathological features. Methods The expression of galectin-3 protein and CD105 protein in 60 cases of colorectal cancer, 30 cases of colorectal adenoma and 30 cases of colorectal normal mucosa (more than 4 cm away from cancer) were detected by microwave-EliVisionTM immunohistochemical staining The microvessel density (MVD) reflects the expression of CD105 protein], and its relationship with clinicopathological features of colorectal cancer. Results The positive rate of galectin-3 protein and MVD in normal colorectal mucosa and adenoma to cancer tissue were significantly increased (P <0.05). Both were correlated with TNM stage, depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05, P <0.01), and the expression of galectin-3 was also correlated with tumor differentiation (P <0.05). The expression of galectin-3 protein in colorectal cancer was positively correlated with MVD (r = 0.420, P <0.01). Conclusions The expressions of galectin-3 and CD105 are related to the high invasiveness and lymph node metastasis of colorectal cancer, which may be used as potential sensitive markers for predicting the invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer.
