根据新疆各方面实际情况及监测站点建设规划和布局的原则,在全疆规划建设1个监测总站,14个监测分站,3个科技示范园,16个径流监测点,30个风蚀监测点,26个水文站替代点和12个中科院水土保持试验站。通过分析,认为监测站点布局突出了监测重点、充分利用了现有监测站网、布站密度适宜,布局科学合理。
According to the actual situation of Xinjiang and the principle of monitoring site construction planning and layout, a monitoring station, 14 monitoring substations, 3 science and technology demonstration parks, 16 runoff monitoring points, 30 wind erosion monitoring points, 26 hydrological stations and 12 Chinese Academy of Sciences soil and water conservation test stations. Through the analysis, it is considered that the monitoring site layout highlights the monitoring focus and makes full use of the existing monitoring station network. The density of the distribution station is appropriate and the layout is scientific and reasonable.
