教案是在一定教学理论的指导下对课堂教学做出的规划,是教师从事的一种创造性活动,承载着教师的个体经验、智慧、风格及对教材和课程的领悟。优秀的教案可以有效避免课堂教学中的随意发挥和局限于经验化的处理方式,尤其是对于年轻教师而言,详细的教案是夯实基本功和提升教学能力的重要抓手。因此,不论学校查不查,就教师自身而言是有设计教案的内在动力和需求的,这反映了多数教师的内在价值取向。但这种价值取向受到外在的工具主义评价标准
The lesson plan is a planning of classroom teaching under the guidance of certain teaching theories. It is a kind of creative activity carried out by teachers and carries the individual experience, wisdom, style and comprehension of teaching materials and curriculums of teachers. Excellent lesson plans can effectively avoid the classroom teaching free to play and limited to empirical approach, especially for young teachers, the detailed lesson plans is to lay a solid foundation and improve teaching ability of the important starting point.
