自从我国改革开放以来,西方各国在与中国的政治、经济交往日渐频繁的同时,文化上也掀起了一股中国热,其表现之一便是频频上演普契尼的歌剧《图兰多特》。就我所知,近十多年来米兰、维也纳、巴黎、伦敦、纽约的各大歌剧院都上演了此剧。波士顿歌剧院于上演此剧时还特请中央歌剧院的舞美专家为之设计制做了服装道具,请美籍华人设计家李名觉为之设计了布景,力求舞台形象和环境更加逼真。近年来,曾于埃及金字塔前组织过《阿伊达》演出的帕特·康登及其他一些国际著名的演出经理人纷纷向我国提出,希望在故宫的实景前由国际歌剧明星与中央歌剧院合作演出这部中国古代神话题材的歌剧。其实,最早提出这个设想的是指挥大师卡拉扬,可惜屡经周
Since the reform and opening up in our country, western countries have enjoyed an upsurge in their culture with the frequent political and economic exchanges with China.
