我院从1973年5月开始,应用液氮冷冻治疗耳鼻咽部恶性肿瘤,现将治疗后随访3～5年的26例作一简要报道。一、一般资料26例中,男16例,女10例:年龄35～88岁.部位:1.鼻部癌14例,均为鼻外部,其中鼻翼部9例,鼻背和鼻尖部各2例,鼻腔内、外、上唇多发性癌1例.病理检查为基底细胞癌者9例,鳞状上皮细胞癌5例。2.耳廓癌3例,均为鳞状上皮细胞癌。3.咽部癌4例,其中口咽部和鼻咽部各2例.经病理检查,鳞状上皮细胞癌2例,未分化癌2例。4.鼻咽部颈淋巴结转移癌2例,其中鳞状上皮细胞
Since May 1973 in our hospital, we have used liquid nitrogen cryotherapy to treat otolaryngeal malignancies. We have now conducted a brief report on 26 patients who were followed up for 3 to 5 years after treatment. I. General information 26 cases, 16 males and 10 females: aged 35 to 88 years. Location: 1. Nose cancer in 14 cases, are external to the nose, including 9 cases of nasal fins, nasal dorsum and nasal tip 2 For example, there were one case of multiple cancers of the nasal cavity, outer and upper lip, nine cases of basal cell carcinoma and five cases of squamous cell carcinoma. 2. 3 cases of auricle cancer were squamous cell carcinoma. There were 4 cases of pharyngeal cancer, including 2 cases of oropharyngeal and nasopharynx respectively. After pathological examination, there were 2 cases of squamous cell carcinoma and 2 cases of undifferentiated carcinoma. 4. Nasopharyngeal cervical lymph node metastases in 2 cases, including squamous epithelial cells
