在秋高气爽、金桂飘香的时节里,1999年全国名优肉、禽、蛋、水产品的质量研讨及技术交流大会,于10月20日到23日在风景秀丽的南京市隆重召开.中国食品工业协会副秘书长王薇同志参加了大会,并在开幕式上介绍了近年来我国肉类食品工业发展的概况及其在国民经济中的地位,并且就21世纪食品工业发展的趋势发表了自己的意见.中国食品工业协会质量部刘信海主任参加并主持了本次大会.来自全国各地的100多位代表参加了会议,参评的有肉、禽、蛋、水产品4大类计107个品种,专家组组长黄鸣歧等17位国家评委参加了这次会议.
In the season of autumn and gold, the quality of seminars and technical exchanges for famous meat, poultry, eggs, and aquatic products nationwide in 1999 was held on October 20-23 in the beautiful city of Nanjing. China Food Industry Association Deputy Secretary-General Comrade Wang Wei attended the meeting and introduced the general situation of China’s meat food industry in recent years and its status in the national economy. He also expressed his opinions on the development trend of the food industry in the 21st century. The director of the China Food Industry Association Quality Department Liu Xinhai attended and presided over the conference. More than 100 representatives from all over the country participated in the conference. There were four categories of meat, poultry, eggs, aquatic products and 107 varieties. The expert group The team leader Huang Mingqi and 17 other national judges attended the meeting.
