取大鼠18只静脉注射环孢素A(CsA),活体观察CsA对肾表面微循环的影响及山莨菪碱、盐酸川芎嗪对CsA肾中毒保护作用。结果表明:CsA的肾毒性与其引起的肾血管收缩、肾脏低灌流有关。预先应用山莨菪碱、盐酸川芎嗪,在不同程度上对CsA的肾中毒有保护作用。另取大鼠15只观察了腹腔注射CsA对肾脏组织学的改变及山莨菪碱、盐酸川芎嗪的保护作用。提示用CsA前,加用山莨菪碱、盐酸川芎嗪可减低CsA的肾毒性。
Eighteen rats were given intravenous injection of cyclosporine A (CsA). The effects of CsA on renal microcirculation were observed in vivo, and anisodamine and ligustrazine hydrochloride were used to protect against CsA nephrotoxicity. The results showed that the renal toxicity of CsA was related to the renal vasoconstriction and hypoperfusion of the kidney. Pre-application of anisodamine and tetramethylpyrazine hydrochloride can protect CsA from nephrotoxicity to varying degrees. Another 15 rats were taken to observe the changes of renal histology after intraperitoneal injection of CsA and the protective effects of anisodamine and tetramethylpyrazine hydrochloride. It is suggested that the addition of anisodamine and tetramethylpyrazine hydrochloride can reduce the renal toxicity of CsA before the use of CsA.
