中国林学会林木遗传育种分会于1991年11月14~19日在贵阳市召开了学术报告会。出席大会代表有139名。会上收到论文150多篇。首先进行了大会交流。开始由林木遗传育种专业委员会主任张培杲先生介绍了1986~1991年我国林木遗传育种工作取得的成就和进展情况。5年来选择和收集了针阔叶优树3万多株,选育优良种源、家系和无性系近2000个,主要造林树种无性繁殖技术有所突破,并确定了其最短决选年龄(早期预测),缩短了育种年代;基因的分离和转入也取得可喜成效。在此基础上,建立了各种试验林4834.05公顷,其中15个树种的种源试验林705多公顷,
The Chinese Academy of Forestry Branch of Forest Genetics and Breeding held an academic report in Guiyang from November 14 to November 19, 1991.
