本文采用有限元法分析了管壁加强开孔椭球壳的应力状况,讨论了壳体温度对于壳体应力和材料强度的影响。本文的分析模型来源于上海高桥石油化工公司化工厂的壹万吨/年乙烯裂解炉试验装置——废热锅炉的下封头。下封头上开有84个管壁加强孔。壳体封头主要承受炉内的蒸汽压力和介质温度。根据材料的第三、第四强度理论,本文讨论了锅炉下封头的安全性。
In this paper, the finite element method is used to analyze the stress state of the reinforced ellipsoidal shell of the wall, and the influence of the shell temperature on the stress and material strength of the shell is discussed. The analytical model of this article is derived from the lower end of the waste heat boiler of the 10,000-ton/year ethylene cracker test facility at Shanghai Gaoqiao Petrochemical Company. There are 84 pipe wall reinforcement holes on the lower head. The shell head is mainly subjected to the steam pressure and the medium temperature in the furnace. According to the third and fourth strength theory of the material, the safety of the lower head of the boiler is discussed.
