本文对车轴探伤中所发现的裂纹进行了统计,指出裂纹轴所占的比例为0.45%左右;分析认为,在车轴轴身各个部位都有可能产生裂纹;文中还对裂纹车轴探伤时聚粉的形状、特点进行了阐述,并和重皮车轴的聚粉情况进行了比较;通过理论计算,论述了裂纹磁痕与深度的关系,2mm深的裂纹所通过的磁通量为1mm深裂纹的2.7倍,前者聚粉为锯齿状,后者磁粉是线状;当发现有头发状的聚粉时,其裂纹深度约为0.5mm。
