在液体控制阀流量系数CV的计算中,通常ΔP=P1-P2,即阀门前后压差。但如果一旦发生了阻塞流,无论阀后压力P2为多少,ΔP的取值也不会随着P2的变化而变化,而是恒定地等于发生阻塞流时的临界压降ΔPcr。重点讨论了ΔPcr的计算,以及阻塞流工况下,如何进一步确认阀门是闪蒸工况还是气蚀工况,及相应的处理措施,有利于阀门的正确选型,供工程设计人员参考。
In the liquid control valve flow coefficient CV calculation, usually ΔP = P1-P2, that is, before and after the valve pressure. However, once the blocking flow occurs, the value of ΔP will not change with the change of P2 regardless of the post-pressure P2, but will be constantly equal to the critical pressure drop ΔPcr when the blocking flow occurs. Focusing on the calculation of ΔPcr, and how to further confirm whether the valve is in flash or cavitation under the blocking flow conditions, and the corresponding treatment measures are conducive to the correct selection of the valve for reference by engineering designers.
