目的 通过对军校学员人生格言的调查 ,研究学员的个性心理特征 ,对军校心理健康教育的多元化进行初步探讨。方法 使用自制问卷 ,对 31 6名医疗专业二年级学员的人生格言进行整群抽样调查。结果 根据人生格言内涵的不同 ,把学员个性分为超脱型 (占 6 .6 % )、理想型 (占 2 4 .7% )、现实型 (占 32 .0 % )、自我型 (占 2 7.5 % )和消极型 (占 9.2 % ) 5种类型。结论 军校心理健康教育应在一般心理卫生知识宣教的基础上 ,针对个性差异 ,以社会化成长和个人价值的体现为要求 ,以维护心理健康为目标 ,在内容、形式和标准上应注意多元化 ,通过教育引导进一步完善个性 ,促使个性心理的健康发展
Aim To investigate the personality traits of cadets by investigating the life motto of cadets and to probe into the diversification of psychological health education in cadets. Methods A self-made questionnaire was used to carry out a cluster sampling survey on the motto of life of 316 second-year medical students. Results According to the connotation of life aphorism, the personality of trainees was divided into super-detachment type (6.6%), ideal type (24.7%), realistic type (32.0%) and self-type %) And negative (9.2%) 5 types. Conclusions On the basis of general mental health knowledge and education, the mental health education in military academies should aim at maintaining the mental health of individuals with different personality, social development and individual values, and should pay attention to the diversification of contents, forms and standards , Through education to further improve the personality guide, and promote the healthy development of personality psychology
