中小型民营企业的人力资源管理存在不少问题,人才流失已成为制约企业发展的瓶颈,是企业发展的短板。本文通过对中小民企人力资源管理中的问题的分析,针对问题提出了相应的应对策略。
Human resources management of small and medium-sized private enterprises has many problems. The brain drain has become a bottleneck restricting the development of enterprises and a short board for the development of enterprises. This article analyzes the problems in the human resource management of small and medium-sized private enterprises, and puts forward corresponding coping strategies for the problems.
