【摘 要】
:
为避免第二次全国污染源普查出现成果数据无法实时动态更新和难以应用于环境管理实践等问题,提出建设环境管理综合决策平台,实现污染源普查成果与现有分散的环境管理信息有效链接,打通数据壁垒,实现数据并联更新.通过分析平台建设所遇的难点,提出了污染源信息采集和环境空间数据等核心模块的建设方案,并对应用场景进行了展望.

为探究广东省移动源控制措施减排潜力,分析了移动源NOx和VOCs污染排放现状、新增情况及3种控制措施方案.结果表明:“十四五”时期,广东省移动源NOx和VOCs污染排放形势严峻,移动源VOCs减排控制难度比NOx大,珠三角地区污染物减排控制难度比粤东西北地区大;基本淘汰国三及以下排放标准柴油车可实现全省移动源NOx减排10%以上的目标;采取淘汰国三及以下排放标准柴油车、汽油车并大力推广新能源汽车等组合措施可实现全省移动源VOCs减排10%以上的目标.
“3060碳达峰碳中和”是中国展现负责任大国形象、主动应对气候变暖的行动计划,也是加快推动绿色低碳发展、促进人与自然和谐共生的神圣使命.文章以2012-2015位于巢湖圩区温室气体监控长期定位试验研究结果为依据,对低碳减排种植模式做了系统规划与展望.结果表明:对于低地圩区稻麦两熟制种植区(以200万hm2计),采取麦季浅沟排水CQ的减排效果最好,可减少807.66万吨的综合温室效能(GWP).就长江中下游稻麦连作种植区范围来看,采用CQ、CB相结合的模式减排效果最好(即200万hm2低地圩区采用CQ模式,
