目的讨论在妇科护理中实施个体化教育的临床效果,分析评价其应用价值。方法本次选取我院手术收治的妇科患者140例,平均年龄在(39.3±3.54)岁;随机分为对照组和观察组,每组70例;对照组患者采用一般的健康教育方法,给予观察组患者有针对性、个体化的健康教育方案;对患者进行测验,知识掌握程度,以患者的对教育方案的满意率和知识掌握的优秀率作为观察指标。结果观察组患者对知识的掌握情况明显优秀于对照组患者,观察组优秀率为8056%,对照组患者优秀率65.31%;观察组患者对健康教育方案的满意率为87.14%,对照组患者为67.14%。结论在妇科护理中实施个体化健康教育能够有效提高患者的满意率,增强患者对疾病治疗的了解程度,值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of implementing individualized education in gynecological nursing and to analyze and evaluate its application value. Methods A total of 140 gynecological patients admitted to our hospital were selected and the mean age was (39.3 ± 3.54) years. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 70 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given general health education Group of patients targeted, individualized health education programs; test patients, knowledge of the degree of satisfaction with the patient’s satisfaction rate of education programs and knowledge of the excellent rate as an index of observation. Results The mastery of knowledge in observation group was significantly better than that in control group, the excellent rate was 8056% in observation group and 65.31% in control group, the satisfaction rate of observation group was 87.14%, and the control group was 67.14%. Conclusion The implementation of individualized health education in gynecological nursing can effectively improve the patient’s satisfaction rate and enhance the patient’s understanding of the disease treatment, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
