针对某52 m混凝土泵车出现主液压缸溜缸,首次泵送时憋压的故障现象,从混凝土泵车液压系统的工作原理出发,对主液压缸溜缸、憋压不换向故障进行分析,通过试验测试判断出故障原因为液压缸存在内泄及插装阀阀芯密封锥面磨损。更换液压缸和插装阀后,主液压缸溜缸和开始泵送时憋压现象不再出现,实际泵送作业时设备工作正常。为避免插装阀再次磨损,对液压油进行了过滤。
