【目的】观察植物油作夹带剂对厚朴超临界提取效率的影响。【方法】在萃取压力25 mPa、萃取温度35℃、解析压力7.0 mPa、解析温度40℃、萃取时间3 h的工艺条件下进行超临界CO2提取,分别在10、20、30、45、60、90、120、150、180 min收集提取物,以萃取物得率及厚朴酚、和厚朴酚的提取率为指标,考察植物油作夹带剂对厚朴超临界萃取的影响。【结果】加入体积分数10%植物油作为夹带剂,厚朴萃取物得率在前2 h明显高于未加夹带剂工艺,厚朴酚、和厚朴酚的提取率也有提高。【结论】以植物油作夹带剂有利于提高厚朴超临界CO2提取的效率。
【Objective】 The effects of vegetable oil as entrainer on the supercritical fluid extraction efficiency of Magnolia officinalis were observed. 【Method】 Supercritical CO2 extraction was carried out under conditions of extraction pressure of 25 mPa, extraction temperature of 35 ℃, analytical pressure of 7.0 mPa, analytical temperature of 40 ℃ and extraction time of 3 h. The supercritical CO2 extraction was performed at 10, 20, 30, 45, 60, The extracts were collected at 90,120,150,180 min. The yield of extract and the extraction rate of honokiol and honokiol were taken as indexes to study the effect of vegetable oil as entrainer on the supercritical fluid extraction of Magnolia officinalis. 【Result】 The results showed that the extract yield of Magnolia officinalis increased with the addition of 10% vegetable oil as entrainer in the first 2 h, and the extraction rate of magnolol and honokiol increased. 【Conclusion】 Vegetable oil as entraining agent is helpful to improve the efficiency of Magnolia bark supercritical CO2 extraction.
