目的 探讨肺癌中粘附分子CD44和癌基因cyclinD 1的表达意义。方法 应用S P免疫组织化学方法研究 6 2例肺癌组织中CD 44和cyclinD1的表达情况。 结果 6 2例肺癌组织中CD44和cyclinD 1的阳性率分别为 71.0 %和 5 0 .0 %。腺癌和鳞癌的CD44的阳性率明显高于小细胞癌 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;淋巴结转移阳性组CD 44的表达显著高于阴性组 (P <0 .0 1,γ =0 .5 4)。不同组织类型肺癌中cyclinD 1的表达未见明显差异 ,淋巴结转移阳性组cyclinD 1的表达高于阴性组 (P <0 .0 1,γ =0 .6 1)。粘附分子CD 44和癌基因cyclinD1的表达之间未见明显相关。 结论 粘附分子CD44的表达与肺癌的组织学类型有关 ,CD 44和cyclinD1的高表达对肺癌细胞的淋巴结转移起重要作用。CD44和cyclinD 1的表达可作为判断肺癌淋巴结转移的新指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of adhesion molecule CD44 and oncogene cyclinD 1 in lung cancer. Methods The expression of CD44 and cyclinD1 in 62 cases of lung cancer was studied by SP immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rates of CD44 and cyclinD 1 in 62 cases of lung cancer were 71.0% and 50.0% respectively. The positive rate of CD44 in adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in small cell carcinoma (P <0.05). The expression of CD44 in lymph node positive group was significantly higher than that in negative group (P <0.01, γ = 0). 5 4). The expression of cyclinD 1 in different types of lung cancer showed no significant difference. The expression of cyclinD 1 in lymph node positive group was higher than that in negative group (P <0.01, γ = 0.61). No significant correlation was observed between the expression of the adhesion molecule CD44 and the oncogene cyclinD1. Conclusion The expression of adhesion molecule CD44 is correlated with the histological type of lung cancer. The overexpression of CD44 and cyclinD1 plays an important role in the lymph node metastasis of lung cancer cells. The expression of CD44 and cyclinD 1 can be used as a new indicator to judge the lymph node metastasis of lung cancer.
