我厂1981年7月研制成功的JM-400型静电脉冲加速器是一种小型加速器,可作活化分析,研究中子飞行时间及辐照用的中子源。它可应用于国防、工业、农业、科研和教育等领域。本设备采用卧式结构,其能量可调范围宽,能提供直流束流和脉冲束流,具有结构紧凑,运行稳定可靠,维护方便等特点,达到了国内先进水平。它的主要技术性能是: 1.直流最高工作电压为400千伏,最大工作电流为4毫安,电压稳定度4小时内不劣于1%,直流电压从200千伏到401千伏连续可调。2.工作电压为200~300千伏时,直流态(或脉冲态)氢离子束流不小于1毫安(即不装磁分析器),靶流斑点直径在10毫米以下。3.高频离子源: 脉冲频率:为单次,10~10000次/秒连续可调。脉冲宽度:10~10000微秒连续可调。
