运用音乐辅助体育教学,能够提高教学效果。但要使音乐辅助体育教学正常地发挥其功用,必须注意选择性。 (一)运用音乐辅助体育教学,要选择课的类型。室外体育课,一般可分为新授课、复习课、综合课和考核课等类型。其中复习课运用音乐的机会比较多。复习课是以复习旧教材为主的课,学生练习的目的在于巩固和提高已学的技术动作。复习课上合理地运用音乐,能激发学生的练习兴趣,延缓疲劳的产生,促讲暂时神经联系的建立与巩固,加速技能技巧的形成

(a) The use of music to support physical education should choose the type of lesson.
