目的探讨以二硫化碳为溶剂的部分有机标准溶液的配置与储存条件及稳定性。方法通过标准溶液配制方法的探讨、不同样品瓶储存稳定性的比较、茶色样品储存瓶储存稳定性试验、标准碳管分析等多种方式,对二硫化碳中的乙酸乙酯、丁醇、氯苯、环己酮等标准溶液的配置、储存及稳定性进行考察。结果二硫化碳中的乙酸乙酯、丁醇、氯苯、环己酮等标准溶液在合适的条件下储存(安捷伦茶色样品瓶、4~10℃冷藏),至少可稳定2 a。结论可以节省试剂消耗,减少环境污染,又能减轻实验人员工作负担。
Objective To investigate the configuration and storage conditions and stability of some organic standard solutions with carbon disulfide as solvent. Methods The preparation methods of standard solution, the comparison of storage stability of different samples, the storage stability test of brown sample storage, the analysis of standard carbon tube and many other ways were carried out. The effects of ethyl acetate, butanol, chlorobenzene, Cyclohexanone and other standard solution configuration, storage and stability were investigated. Results The standard solutions of carbon disulfide in ethyl acetate, butanol, chlorobenzene and cyclohexanone were stored under suitable conditions (Agilent brown colored sample bottles, refrigerated at 4 ~ 10 ℃) for at least 2 a. The conclusion can save reagents consumption, reduce environmental pollution, but also reduce the workload of laboratory staff.
