On December 9, the latest revised value released by the Cabinet Office of Japan indicated that the GDP growth rate in the third quarter (July-September) after deducting the effect of price changes was 0.2%, higher than the first announcement (0.4%) is low, converting to an annual rate of 1.0%, instead of the 1.7% previously published (see Figure 1).
