本文测量了２００眼老年性白内障晶体核，结果：平均直径为７．２８±０．６５ｍｍ，平均厚度为３．１７±０．３７ｍｍ；经统计学处理显示：性别、眼别、年龄之间差异均无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。根据测量结果分析计算，白内障囊外摘除术前囊膜圆形截除直径至少为５．５ｍｍ，线状切口弦长应在８ｍｍ以上。角巩膜缘切口弦长不小于８ｍｍ，如果采用核切开摘除法，角巩膜缘切口可为６ｍｍ。
This paper measured 200 eyes of senile cataract crystals, the results: the average diameter of 7.28 ± 0.65mm, the average thickness of 3.17 ± 0.37mm; by statistical analysis showed: sex, eye and age differences No significant (P> 0.05). Incision edge of the limbus angle of not less than 8mm, if the use of nuclear excision method, the limbus incision can be 6mm.
