目的:探讨PDCA在门诊输液室护理管理中的实施效果。方法:对浙江省杭州市下城区文晖街道社区卫生服务中心门诊输液室护理服务质量的影响因素进行分析,并比较分析实施PDCA之后的护理管理质量。每个月对门诊输液室护理管理工作进行评价,将存在的问题在PDCA中进行处理。结果:门诊输液室护理管理中实施PDCA后,解决了护患关系,大大降低了护患纠纷的发生率,与未开展PDCA前的护理质量比较,P<0.05。结论:门诊输液室护理管理中实施PDCA,可将门诊输液室工作规范化,提高患者的满意程度,对门诊治疗工作的开展具有积极意义。
Objective: To explore the implementation effect of PDCA in outpatient infusion room nursing management. Methods: The factors affecting the quality of outpatient infusion room care services in Wenhui Street Community Health Service Center, Xiahui District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province were analyzed. The quality of nursing management after the implementation of PDCA was compared and analyzed. Evaluate the outpatient infusion room care and management every month and deal with the problems in the PDCA. Results: After PDCA was administered in outpatient infusion room care management, the relationship between nurses and nurses was resolved, the incidence of nurse-patient disputes was greatly reduced, and the quality of care before PDCA was compared, P <0.05. Conclusion: The implementation of PDCA in outpatient infusion room nursing management can normalize the outpatient infusion room and improve patient satisfaction, which is of great significance for the outpatient treatment.
