本文对101例和54例健康成人分别进行了最大呼气流速-容量和闭合气量值测定,结果表明最大呼气流速-容量各项测定值与年龄不完全呈直线关系而呈抛物线。在高肺容量时最大呼气流速和 V_(75％)与性别相关,V_(50％)V_(25％)和V_(50％)/V_(25％)等与性别无明显关系。闭合气量闭合总量随年龄的增长而增加。
In this paper, the maximal expiratory flow-volume and closed-volume measurements were performed on 101 and 54 healthy adults. The results showed that the maximum expiratory flow-volume measurements were not linearly parabolic with age. The maximum expiratory flow rate at high lung volume and V_ (75%) were sex-related, V_ (50%) V_ (25%) and V_ (50%) / V_ (25% Closure volume closure increases with age.
