重庆市防痨工作者,在全国及重庆市卫生工作大跃进的高潮中,也乘风破浪奋勇前进,正在掀起一个比干劲、比勤俭、比工作、比思想的防痨工作跃进高潮。三月三日全市防痨工作者除值班人员外,都参加了全市卫生工作大跃进誓师大会,会后并参加了遊行。在遊行时,结核病防治所、结核病院、干部疗养院及工会结核疗养院等11个单位700余人,抬着保证书、倡议书及跃进计划指标等,以整齐的步伐豪迈的气魄,与全市7000多名卫生工作者一道,向全市人民汇报了跃进的决心。全市结核病防冶工作者,一致提出要坚决服从党的领导,不断提高觉悟,一切从六亿人民出发,鼓起革命干劲,向社会主义大道奋勇迈进。在倡议书上提出保证全年365天开放门诊及病房工作,除做好原有工作,保证完成跃进计划外,精简现有人员30％以上。干部疗养院、邮电及二机疗养院减少人员40％,结核病防治所精减约55％。结核病防治所提出卡介苗接种及团体检查较1957年跃进60％以上,卡介苗接种提前两年完成第二个五年计划指标,达到新生儿
