我厂生产的双水内冷汽轮发电机中,有不少机械零件是由35SiMn、40Cr2MoV和40Mn18Cr4等合金结构钢制成的,其中进出水系统的零件一般都采用1Cr13和1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢制成的。由于这些材料具有较高的强度和韧性,给切削加工带来了一定的困难。我们除了选用更合适的刀具材料、几何角度和合理的切削用量外,还采用极压切削液来提高零件的精度和光洁度。我们以生产中回用的电容器油为基体,加入适量的极压添加剂和防锈、防腐等添加剂配制成三种极压
