2009年6月陆资赴台正式成行后,闽企就一直扮演着赴台投资“先行者”和“领头羊”的角色,一些闽企通过入岛投资实现了合作双赢,促进了闽台区域经济整合。但是,包括闽企在内的大陆资金赴台投资六年多来的境况也暴露了大陆资金赴台投资经营面临的一些阻碍因素。这其中固然有来自台湾岛内的制约:台湾当局至今没有改变限制与管制陆资的思维,对陆资设置了种种限制。也有大陆内部的原因,突出表现就是大陆现行有关赴台投资的制度规范滞后于形
After the mainland-funded Taiwan formally set off in June 2009, Fujian enterprises have been playing the role of “pioneer” and “leader” in investing in Taiwan. Some Fujian enterprises achieved a win-win cooperation through investment into the island and promoted Fujian and Taiwan Regional Economic Integration. However, the situation over the past six years since mainland China funds invested in Taiwan, including Fujian, also exposed some of the obstacles that mainland funds have faced in investing and operating in Taiwan. Of these, there are of course the restrictions from the island of Taiwan: the Taiwan authorities so far have not changed their minds of restricting and controlling land-owned assets and have imposed various restrictions on land-based assets. There are also reasons within the mainland and their outstanding performance is that the current system norms of mainland investment in Taiwan are lagging behind
