《全国中学优秀作文选》1996年3期刊载了一篇构思新颖的小说《公堂之上》。小说写的是几十年后的孔乙己在阴间深受阎王宠爱,身居要职,公堂之上审问胡屠户时,先要论罪,尔后范进陈理行贿而徇情枉法,两人成了狐朋狗友。这种奇特的构思,立意深刻而引人深思,确实不失为佳作。作为中学生,将课文人物大胆地作这类创造性的写作,是学习教材,运用教材的一种好方法。但在这篇小说中有一点值得商榷,文中写道:“当初乡试 The “Selected Works of National Secondary School Excellent Composition” published in the 3rd issue of 1996 contained a novel novel “On the Court”.
