案例回放某职工连续加班3天后,于2011年9月2日凌晨在工作岗位上突然昏倒,被送往医院抢救,9月6日上午9点左右呼吸和心跳停止,医院宣告其死亡。病历记录“入院前2小时患者工作中无明显诱因突然晕倒,神志不清,呼之不应,无呕吐,无抽搐,无发热,急送入急诊科,发现患者呈深昏迷状态,呼吸心跳均停止”。后经抢救,该职工心跳恢复,但依靠呼吸机维持呼吸、药物维持循环,用冰帽进行脑保护。该职工能否视同为工伤?如何保护其正当利益?
