利用原子力显微镜(AFM)研究了云母、氟化钙和氯化钾晶体表面黏附力随相对湿度的变化规律, 确认它们表面黏附力大小主要取决于吸附液膜的表面自由能, 而与液膜厚度基本无关;在此基础上进一步研究了晶体表面的潮解现象, 表明通过力谱线方法可以对液膜中离子浓度的变化进行实时检测.
The changes of surface adhesion of mica, calcium fluoride and potassium chloride crystals with relative humidity were studied by atomic force microscope (AFM). The results showed that the surface adhesion force mainly depends on the surface free energy of the adsorption film, The results show that the change of ion concentration in liquid film can be detected by force spectrum method in real time.
