自2009年12月,《联合国气候变化框架公约》第15次缔约方会议暨《京都议定书》第5次缔约方会议在丹麦首都哥本哈根召开后,国内外掀起了“低碳经济”的浪潮,低碳经济的发展在我国也越来越深入人心,引人注目。渔业也不例外,围绕低碳渔业及相关问题,国家行政主管部门及行业专家学者都进行了探索研究。针对该问题,本刊特邀几位专家谈谈他们对该问题的认识和理解。 Since December 2009, the 15th Meeting of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change and the 5th Meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol held in Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark, have set off a wave of “low-carbon economy” both at home and abroad.
