对某汽车底盘用异形扁管进行工艺分析,制定了对称两件同时加工的冷成形加工工艺。工艺中采用先弯管成形,后经压扁、钻孔、切割、去毛刺等工序来完成加工成形。工艺方案设计充分考虑了异形扁管的结构特点,采用简洁的弯管压扁组合工艺,同时设计了相应的模具和检具,保证了产品的生产质量。生产实践证明,改进的工艺方案加工效率高,产品质量好,节约原材料,为企业生产带来了效益。
For a car chassis with a flat tube for process analysis, developed a symmetrical two simultaneous cold forming process. Process used in the first bend tube forming, after crushing, drilling, cutting, deburring and other processes to complete the processing and forming. Process design fully considered the structural features of the shaped flat tube, using a simple combination of bending flattening process, while designing the appropriate mold and gage to ensure the quality of the product. Production practice has proved that the improved process of processing high efficiency, good product quality, saving raw materials for the production of enterprises has brought benefits.
