在清江隔河岩工程的现场,就爆破振动对新浇大体积混凝土的影响进行了试验研究。根据大量的实测资料提出了新浇大体积混凝土安全爆破质点振动速度新的控制值。按照这些控制值,在隔河岩工程的施工中对爆破振动进行了控制。研究结果表明,隔河岩工程的爆破作业未对新浇混凝土产生不良影响。同我国现行的《水工建筑物岩石基础开挖工程施工技术规范》(SL47-94)中的有关标准相比,隔河岩工程的控制值更为完善:增加了混凝土龄期小于1d的控制值,并考虑了新浇混凝土距爆源距离的影响。
In Qingjiang Geheyan project site, the impact of blasting vibration on newly poured large volume concrete was studied. Based on a large number of measured data, a new control value of particle vibration velocity of newly poured mass concrete blasting is proposed. According to these control values, blasting vibration was controlled during the construction of Geheyan Project. The results show that the Geheyan project blasting operations did not adversely affect the newly poured concrete. Compared with the current standards of “Technical Code for Construction of Rock Foundation Excavation of Hydraulic Structures” (SL47-94), the control values of Geyan engineering are more perfect: the control with concrete age less than 1d is added Value, and consider the impact of newly poured concrete from the explosion source distance.
