研究目的:地铁车辆段室外管线种类多、涉及专业多、受制约因素多,其综合管线设计一直是车辆段工程的重难点。通过对广州地铁厦滘车辆段室外管线交叉时的避让原则、管线规划、管线交叉节点处理等关键设计方法的研究,提出解决方案,并为今后类似工程提供参考。研究结论:为做好地铁车辆段综合管线设计,在各专业管线施工图设计开始前应提前做好管线走廊规划、电缆沟规划、重力排水干管(沟)走向及控制标高规划,预留煤气管道的敷设空间;在设计中应重视管线交叉节点的处理。在厦滘车辆段的工程实施中没有出现因综合管线处理不当而引起设计变更,实践证明该段综合管线的设计原则及设计方法是正确的和有效的。
Research purposes: There are many kinds of outdoor pipeline in metro depot, involving more professions and more restricted factors. The design of integrated pipeline has always been the most difficult task for depot engineering. Through the research on the key design methods such as avoidance principle, pipeline planning and pipeline cross-node processing when crossing the outdoor pipeline of the Guangzhou Metro Xialu Depot, the solution is proposed and a reference is provided for similar projects in the future. Research Conclusions: In order to make the design of the integrated depot for subway depot, the planning of pipeline corridor, cable trench planning, gravity drainage gully (trench) direction and elevation control plan should be done in advance before the design of each professional pipeline construction drawing is started. Pipe laying space; in the design should pay attention to the pipeline cross-node processing. In the implementation of the project in Xiamen section of the car did not appear due to improper handling of integrated pipe design changes caused by the practice proved that the design principles and design methods of integrated pipelines is correct and effective.
